Attracted to the Anointing; It’s not you but it is the oil that you carry!
Many times we find ourselves is precarious situations not because we are “all of that” but simply because of the call upon our lives. The Bible tells us that the enemy comes to sift us as wheat and for this reason we must remain vigilant and protect that which has been bestowed upon us; the oil! There is no cliche here, the is no next big thing here, but what is here is a sound message of guidance that will lead to a better understanding of why people are attracted to what you, we, I have to offer or why they are so apt to listen to what we have to say; it’s because of the anointing.
Webster defines a leech as, “a hanger-on who seeks advantage or gain.” With this definition in mind beware of those who sit and seek out what you have to offer versus those who are able to provide. Every experience that we encounter whether good or bad teaches a lesson. The key to the experience is to learn from the lesson; again whether it be good or bad. Here, I am reminded of a few scriptures. 1 Peter 5:8 says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”.
Jude 1:3 then reads, “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” Therefore my brothers and my sisters think it not strange that there are certain people, places or things that find themselves with the “can’t help its”; they just have to be around you! It’s not you that they are attracted to, it’s the anointing! Guard it with everything that lies within.
I’m praying for you!
